However, I never made prolonged use of any of them as my motivation levels came down sharply soon enough. And I am sure it’s a similar case for most out there who have bought stationary exercise bikes or other exercise equipments like treadmills. That perhaps is the reason why you should be absolutely sure of being comfortable with the form of exercise that you wish to undertake before you get down to actually buying the equipment , especially since these equipments, by no means, can be considered cheap. People surely wish to make the best use of these when they buy them, but somehow , they end up gathering dust. At some time or the other most of my relatives have bought various exercise equipments, though almost all of them are sitting idle. And this is not an isolated instance, as you will get to see the same thing everywhere.
