is xray planning to release a new 1/8 on road car for 2014 or just develop the rx8?

I don't see Xray deciding to make a new 1/8 On-Road car, they'll update the RX8!

How long did it take XRAY to get into 1/8 On-Road? They're not going to bin a car after three seasons in such a niche class.

It's not like electric touring where the cars have under gone huge changes in the packaging/weight/power of the electronics in the past 6 years, 1/8 on-road is pretty stable!

And the RX8 can be refined to be a very competitive car, just like the NT1 has been over the years.

The 2013 car came 5th at the worlds at the hands of Carmine Raiola! It's no slouch! :twisted:

I think the car is good and hard, but a little slower than Mugen( my opinion). Maybe a good improve could be the break like mugen, serpent, shepherd.
Plastics for me are excellent, better than metallic pieces and i prefer to be a little slower but having an almost indestructible car.

Maybe for good drivers mugen can be faster but a lot more fragile.

For 99% of people the RX8 is fantastic, very fast, very strong, nothing breaks down during a race.

To win, first you must finish.

Xray understand that more than some others.
