XRAY - Model racing cars

I was wondering, whether it is possible to lower the rear roll center, e.g. by changing the positions of then side links. If yes, what exactly would i have to do to lower the rear roll center? By how much would such modifications lower the roll center?
It seems that cars with a V-Link have an advantage on asphalt (allegedly due to the lower rear roll center), is there any detailed explanation, why? Is XRAY thinking about developping a V-Link 1/10 pan car?
