I have been driving X10 cars for quite some time (besides a RC Devil 1/10 pan car) and if I may, please let me express a few wishes for the next update: - less play in the front suspension - hight adjustment of rear axle, possibility to run bigger tires with less ride height. Adding shims under the bulkheads, as presently suggested, also raises the motor and consequently raises the center of gravity - the present construction with the two links closer together then before (even closer than in the X12) has a disadvantage. Because the links are closer to the central pivot ball, in case of an impact at the rear axle, there is a lot of leverage to stretch the links. As a result, upon a crash the rear pod touches the main chassîs leading to damages of both, the main chassis and the rear pod. This never happened with my old X10 link. Having the links further appart would also help regaring my next wish - option to have a shorty 2s cross - V-link. There is a reason, why so many people make their own v-link constructions, the lower roll center is an advantage in case of less traction on Asphalt. But I realize that on carpert this is not so important and that this wish is not very likely to become true ![]() Have fun racing! |

I was really surprised at the amount of play in the front suspension, considering the quality of the rest of the kit. |

You got some of your wishes on the new x12 so hopefully they will cross to this car. Colin |
