Post subject: | XII - spur gears |
Hey, I received my XII today & I really like it. ![]() But my question is: I do not want to use the 64dp spur gears, but 48dp (have over 20 pinions in 48dp from my TC and don't want to buy new ones in 64dp). Does Xray already offer such spur gears for 48dp pinions and if not which brand can I use (which fits the XII and the diff balls)? (If anyone doesn't like another brand to be called here, please write a PM to me). I need a fast answer please ! Thank you. :- ) Greetings, Patrick |

OK Dave, so you are thinking the same like me. That means Kimbrough should be the right decision. ![]() But another thing: How many teeth should I choose - 69, 72, 75...which one fits and is good to begin with? Thanks! |

yep, the dust covers will fit. I have a set but don't use them anymore and they are a pain to fit and just add weight. My diff is built with only a smear of lube so nothing to attract muck. |
