Post subject: | Battery and esc compatibility. |
hi all Im new to 1/12 and would like to buy one and try. But before tht i need to know if my existing 1/10 equipment can be salvaged. Can i know if the X12'17 supports 2s Shorty pack battery? And can it also technically take 2S ESC as well? Can it take a low profile 1/10 servo like savox 1251MG?? If the above cant be used can u list out some recommendations of brand n models of esc n battery. |

You might be able to fit a shorty battery, but the race meetings you go to have to allow it, as most run 3.7V 1s batteries. ESC will be fine, though may need a booster if you have to run 1s No, you will need a smaller 1/12 servo |

I had read the instruction sheet, but didn't understand from the sheet that the left switch doesn't directly turn on the motor in that direction (as it doesn't tell me that), it mentions automatic trueing but I thought just mean't the operation of the slide. |
