Pls let me know if anyone ve same problem I build my x12 diff according to the instructions manual but it slips and not smooth at all. I replaces the trust bearing unit to a b bearing and it works better........ |

Hey, sorry to hear about your problem. I have some questions. are you using standard spur gear? Have you sanded the diff plates flat? Which grease do you use? Regards Olly |

Hi Olly I use AE grease, kawada spur, and I didn't sand the plate. Tks Dave |

Hey, Please try build with standard spur gear to see if problem goes away. To get a smoother diff try sanding the diff plates on a piece of 800 wet n dry. Fit the plate to one of the diff hubs then sand in a circular motion. Make sure the sand paper is on top of your set up board so its on a nice flat surface. Hope this helps. Oj |
