XRAY - Model racing cars

Hello,
I am interested in what you guys are using in terms of drag bake. I am racing on a painted asphalt surface witch has a grit in it, so
its actually quite nice in terms of grip. and the track changes every month so I am looking for a good general setting to start with that I can dial in. Or in fact do I need it at all...
On top of that, boost. Is anyone using it? I am still in the early stages of even being able to drive the car and I have left it off so the car acceleration is more predictable.

Also one last thing, motor timing. worth doing?? (i'm running a brushless 5.5)
