I now have a X12
Ran it at my local club and it seemed to go very well.
Will be running it at the first UK national of the season this weekend at Teeside.

Hello I have an Xray X11 which I picked up last year second hand. I used to run 12th for a number of years but stopped about 6 years ago as I was getting a bit bored. I decided to get back into again and entered the first National of the year last weekend. I just wanted to say how well the car drove all weekend and I even managed to win the B final on the Sunday in the Sport 10.5 blinky class despite not racing anything for the last 6 years! I have to give credit to the car really for that. I also found out that I was the only Xray there at the weekend! My point really is to ask why there weren't more there? its such a good car to drive. I have struggled to get spares for it so may be that could be a reason for it. May be if Xray were to try and get spares more readily available there would be more cars competing? Thoughts? |

All parts for XRAY XII are available in good quantity and also UK distributor should have them in stock, so if you have some problems to get some parts than I suggest you will email directly to info@teamxray.com who will let you know all details and will check where is the problem. |

Well, The car went very well, Its very smooth and stable from the first run I didn't really have to change too much. I was advised to raise the angle of the centre shock though, so if you were to draw a straight line through the shock it will go down and meet where the front tyres touch the ground. I just put a couple of washers under to raise the back. Not quite enough angle though as it will hit the shell and cant lower the other end as the battery wont fit in. It did seem to help though. All in all the car was very good, specially round the tight twisty sections, looking forward to the next national and the X13 whenever the UK gets it! |

Just done the Tamworth national, really liking the xray! Once I sorted the right addative out it really is a pleasure to drive! Managed my highest finishes so far too qualifying for the B final in sport on the Sunday. It would be nice to see more xrays on show though. |
