Hi, I would like to know how are you using your standard ESC with the new LiPo 3.7V batteries. Do you use extra LiPo 7.4V packs or ESC adapted to use 3.7V batteries. All possible information will be very handy. Cheers |

I think most here are using a booster. Like Tekin's TQ Booster or Novak 1 cell booster. Or if you can get a 1 cell esc that would work to. |

Thanks for the feedback. Went with the Speedpassion. I'm also running 13.5 and I read from LRP own comments that the super/spec stock version with high timing will require a new esc that isn't out yet. The Speedpassion may be big but hopefully not having to run a receiver or booster will equal about the same space used. |

Got the speed passion. And though it works as advertised. It really is a HUGE esc. It also required me to turn off the lipo protection to work with the 1 cell. Go figure. |

Tekin with 200mah life battery I now use. Works great and clean and tidy without the extra wiring required for a booster |

I use the LRP SXX V2 either without the additional RX pack, since the speedo has an internal voltage booster, or I use an LiFe 6.6V 200mah RX pack for some extra runtime. |
