XRAY - Model racing cars

Gents,

I have newly aqquired a X11 and im looking forward to running it for the 1st time (few weeks away) this time frame gives me a chance to do some digging and find out what i need to be prepared as we all know being unprepared and going racing = massive disapointment.

I understand i need to work out the roll out ( i have an app for that now ) but my main concern is this i dont want to go to the track and find out i need something thats not readily available trackside.

The current pinion on my car is a 35T

does any one reccomend a range of pinions i should get i have a novak speedo and motor?

i run pre trued tyres as i dont own a truer (the 1/12th racing is more of a winter based pursuit)

If i can provide any more info ill be happy to i hope i dont annoy people im completely new to this but very keen to learn

please, give us more information.

1) what class do you want to run, modified or stock, super stock ?
2) what motor are you running - tell us the TURNS what you want to use
3)what kind of track do you want to drive? big, small, technical.

For your information
I run a Nosram 4T octa wind with 1S Lipo (straight about 20-25meters) with No Boost with rollout of 44-46. (96T/26T) tires 45mm diameter)
or speed passion motor 5.5T with 96/28T with some ATMS timing

pinion range in my pits: 23-28T 64dp with 96 spur gears
