How has been to the Honestead Track down here in Miami,FL . I would like to know whats the best oil to use in the shock what density? The track has a long straight and it is sprayed very well so the traction is very good.

Here is there website and go under photo gallery to see the track pic to help me decided the number of the oil to use in the front and rear..
