Hi, My NT1 marks 2100g on the scales with body and fuel, ready to race (except transponder). I have no optional lightweight extras installed. EFRA limit is 1700g.. that's 400g away... Is it possible to get anywhere close to that limit. A good start would be removing the engine .... Seriously though.. what do you cars weigh in track ready form... and how did you achieve that weight? |

The 1700 gr is without fuel !!! (= 70 gram) Do you have thick painting or some HPI showbody ? That can make a difference with 50 gram. Are you using full size tires then also you have 20 grams more. |

Hello from France, you have to weigh your car without fuel (-70g), the smaller tires you have (-20g), light body (not too much paint - 20g)... My car ready to run weighs 1700g, without fuel, small tyres (RB Speedline 55mm daimeter), KO 2413 servos, lightweight Hudy transmissions, stratus 3, intellect 1400 battery (heavy but well postionned at CG). I will post soon a complete post on " How light is the NT1?" Au revoir. |
