 Post subject: NT1 Clutch Flyweights - Black XR338560

When I dismantled the clutch after a race meeting a few weeks ago I noticed that one of the clutch flyweights had a crack on the inside of the hole that slides onto the flywheel pin. When I looked closely it appears that the hole is elongating and eventually cracking.

I put three new black flyweights on the flywheel and the same thing has happened again last weekend - again with only one flyweight.

Please note that I have replaced the standard clutch spring (supplied) with a harder spring (1.8 mm).

Has anyone had this problem as I would be most grateful for any advice.
