The change is production technology related change, does not have any influence on performance neither on life. In serious crash the CVD both previous and new design will bend, that is standard. Using other materials on the CVD in serious crash the drive shaft would break. Depending on the level of bending you can still try to strenghten the drive shaft. If the bending is too much then replace it for a new one. |
