XRAY - Model racing cars

There's something wrong or am I wrong ?
If you read at page 10 of the Set-up Book at the chapter "Effects of shock damping adjustment" - Table of Front Shocks, you can see that changing oil /holes from thinner/more to thicker/less the effects change; well, this is correct.
But go to page 11 and read Table of Rear Shocks: making the same changes, it seems you do not have any changes as the effects remain the same.
These lines
- Slower steering response
- Decreases rear grip at corner exit/under acceleration
- Increases rear grip under braking
are the three lines two times repeated .

Are there any of you guys who can help me and tell me where's the truth?
