The main difference between the HUDY tire truer and all the others is what was said before : quality and durability. If you are fancy driver who needs to cut few sets of tires per year then I would go with any other cheap Chinese truer but if you are at least club level racer and need to regularly true the tires there is no better truer in the market (not saying this because my last name is same ) but due the long term experiences and feedback. It is fact and true that the HUDY truer is more expensive than any other but the quality takes its time in production and assembly and as such the quality is more expensive. But the truer is not something you buy every year, it is long term investment. I have seen dozens and hundreds of customers who bought other cheap truers but in few months they went and bought the HUDY tire truer. We have plenty of customers who bought the truer back in 90' and still works like new when it is cleaned and oiled from time to time.
