It is said that it is a good idea to CA the edges of carbon fibre parts. I have my own opinions about it (that basically it is not really worth it), but I would be very interested to hear if any team drivers or other experienced racers believe this is a worthwhile endeavour. |

it stops delamination and more so on an ic car fuel getting into the carbon plate and causing delamination my advice is al ways do it |

Wet-sand the edges of radio plate and shock towers (~400 grid sand paper) and apply CA glue with q-tip. I sand it in the sink under running water, then let the parts dry before applying CA. If you do it dry, wear face mask so you don't breath the dust. You can also read more . |
