Post subject:  Hard bulkhead

Hi, Team XRAY members and all NT1 users.

I want to know the effects of hard bulkheads(#332012,332022,333012,and 333022)
The advertisement says that they are recommended for high traction and high temperatures.

But according to the setting sheets by Mr. Hagberg, hard bulkheads are used for not only high traction but also medium traction tracks.
And rear bulkheads are always hard even in low traction track in my view.

Please tell me the reason. What is the advantage of hard rear bulkheads for low traction?

Thank you!

No one has answer for this?
Or all NT1 users have switched to 2015 specs with aluminum bulkheads?

Sorry for the late reply.

The harder bulkheads will free up the car and make it feel more consistent, which can be beneficial even on low grip surfaces. For spec tire rules we have done Everything we can to make the bulkheads stiffer, and it seems to help to have a more reactive and direct car.

Hello Mr. Hagberg.

Thank you for your answer. I understand the purpose of your setting.

I want to make my car more direct. So I will try to use hard bulkhead sometime soon!

Thanks.
