Where do they cut? I know people do cut the arms so they will move forward for a shorter wheelbase. A shorter wheelbase gives a better steer. |

cut the rear arm on the side that is the stop down to reduce the wheelbase, it seems strange that we have that adjustment in the front arm, ¿will it improve traction by reducing the wheelbase from the rear? |

Sometimes people want more than only the front short wheelbase setting. On the Mugen MRX4 it was a well used mod for short tracks to get that extra steer which is needed. |

in my circuit the long wheelbase works well, and the short distance not proven, if something would gain more traction could try, but I'm not convinced cut both the rear arm. |

lenghtening rear wheelbase makes the car quite a bit more easy to drive, and have more cornerspeed especially on fast corners. Also when you lenghten the wheelbase from the rear, weight balance shifts to the front, which is better for high traction conditions, to prevent traction rolling. |
