XRAY - Model racing cars

Hello guys!
I'm disappointed.

During assembly of my Xray NT1 2014 I discovered that two pieces came defective.
It is my 5th Xray car and it seems that there was a decline in the quality of Xray products.
Has anyone had the same problem?

Where is the screw thread on the piece on the left?

In pillow ball left there are two problems:
1 - Finishing poorly done, because of that, the steering block does not move freely.
2 - The screw thread of the pillow ball is not continuous. Are just creases that are not interconnected. Because of this, I can not fasten the pillow ball on the suspension arm.

XRAY apologizes for the faulty part and it comes as a surprise as all the products are double checked. Please, contact the hobby shop where you have purchased your kit or your national distributor and they will provide you the information how to proceed to get replacement. You are not the only one, I have also recently had issues with the quality from the Xray palace.
Wrong transmission cases, poor quality steel components, poor fit, not what was expected from Xray.
Funny thing is I only replied as I got the same blow off answer from Brano, pleas send this that, contact customer services.
I have been a devout Xray fan for many years, my first Xray was a t1 back in the day,,, when quality meant quality, nothing came close to Xray then, now though is another debate...
They had there last chance with my XB8e-15, supplied an inferior product and wouldn't fix the diff out drive issue, yet already had solved the problem in the XB8-15 I had.
Anyway, I just replaced my XB8-15 with the new AE RC8b3. I was a little ashamed at first, but sure I'll get over it.
Now to decide NT1 or Shepard....

Maybe I could be wrong now as I don't know if Xray make these pivot ball screws at its own or if these are also bought from China as all the screws, nuts and pins (which is normal at least except for the pivot ball screws).
I have to say, and I've said this already a couple of times during the times of T3, T4, XB808, XB9, XT8 and RX8, that Xray better should switch to another supplier for screws!
BTW, the pivot ball screws of my RX8 '12 were the same rough. Not quite "premium luxury".

I never had problems regarding the quality of xray, what is certain is that the screws are not too good, and so does the bearings, at least in the NT1 and the T4 destroy to speed of light despite cleanse and properly lubricated.
