This is the 4th NT1 I have built. 1. Page 26, you mention to make the Servo Saver spring 2.8mm - is this right? Seems like alot. 2. Page 24 has an error. Shows you have to install 19T pulley twice 3. Have the ball ends changed? All the ball ends are very tight when installed compared to previous kits! I use the suggested method to install them (with washer/screw), but all linkages are not very free. |

Did you have any problems with the clutch? At least 2 of the new cars had a very hard spring , we had to loose it half a turn from zero , nut and tread aline |

Clutch Does anyone used the clutch with the spring from the kit? All but one in denmark have found other spring to make it work. Any ideas what the problem seams to be. Just got a v2 medium spring , still wrong. When I pre-load the spring 0,7mm all coils are pressed together |

Any hints or tips building the 2014 shocks? I get 100% rebound always, and if I bleed as per the manual, I end up getting air in the shock. Never had this problem with the 2013 shocks. |

Shocks When shocks are filled up and air free I move piston almost all the way up , then place the bladder and bleed oil out so that it sits flat on yhe housing , then I place the plastic top and last screw the top on the shock. Minimum rebound , can be zero if you do it right |

Hi If I use the cone for the flywheel from the engine , I come around 10 mm , but that has no influence on the spring , just how many shims to use for the end play and gap. Still with 9,2 as in the manual it doesnt work |

Hello, the Flywheel Nut on 9,7mm. For the first Step the Preload Colar flush witch the end of the Flywheel Nut(Preeload = 0) Setting Preeload on 0,5mm an then fine tuning on Track, but i think Preeload higher than 0,9mm is not possible. |

Hi Had to add a shim to the side belt tensioner as when tighten the screw for the bearings they stopped spinning. Nothing major, but thought it might be helpful to others. Andrew |
