Hi all guys,
I'm confused about front downstop setting.
Lower front downstop value / more front droop will allow more weight to transfer to rear tires under acceleration at corner exit and more rear grip. But, the Xray NT1 Setup Book states that higher front downstop value / less front droop will increase "initial" on-throttle understeer. Can somebody explain? Lower or higher front downstop value to solve on-throttle corner exit oversteer?
Some more confusing. The NT1 Quick Reference Table shows that lower front downstop value to rid of both understeer and oversteer at corner exit.
Thank you.
