Hi there,

I would like to ask same help with tyre wear on a new NT1 World edition that i just finished building and tested on the track. I used the standard set-up that comes with the car, a new set of matrix tires (diam.65mm) 35 in front and 37 on the rear of the car. At the end of 30 minutes the rear tires were almost on the plastic 55mm, and the front tires were like new with 3mm wear 62mm.
I used the side pulley 25 as it is on the standard set-up.

Does any one as same suggestions for this problem or what to change on the set-up?

Thanks

If you have a tire truer you should cut your tires before running them by 2-2.5 off smaller diameter for the front tires to have the sufficient overdrive in the car. This will greatly influence tire wear.

But you obviously have lot of rear tire wear overall. You should adjust your set-up so that the rear is sliding less (which is causing your rear tires to wear out). Try to add more rear toe, camber or try to use a softer rear anti-roll bar. If you have a shore meter you can try and measure the hardness of the tires as it sounds like your rear tires are a tad too soft.
