XRAY - Model racing cars

Been having a major oversteer to the left, happens so that from a dead stop the car does doughnuts to the left everysingle time, also when i punch the throttle in straight aways while moving the car will over power it self to the left, when turninng the car will over steer left on corner entry on or off power, when i slam on the brakes the car will go into a spin to the left its wild, and alternatively the car will severly understeer to the right.

I have ball diff in rear and open diff in front suspension is not binding and both diffs seem to be working properly i even changed the rear diff for an open one and the car still behaved this way, i am running jaco nitro shoes 30f, 35r. Running 50 weight oil all the way around and all shocks are working. Could one of my springs be bad?

are you sure its a NT1?

Seems to me your car is tweaked. I suggest you read the manual about removing tweak.

Yes it is it has some one of parts i made in it, the rear spring preloads were off a hair and i adjusted them using my HUDY teak tool, im lost at words for what could be causing this because it is horrendous, i wish you guys could see how bad it is. 35 views and only one reply... anyways i havent road tested it yet but i highlt doubt such a small change will fix a huge problem.

Explain ball diff and open diff...

I believe there is no ball diff only a gear diff, you can check the inside gears.

In front, are you using the oneway diff? A bad oneway can cause this.

Also check all shocks if there is enough oil in it, an empty schock can cause an unbalance in steering.

front open diff is your basic diff and i have front brakes so its not a one way, rear is a ball diff, would be better to look up but basically another regular diff with adjustable preload to resist slippage in case of traction differences side to side

These are some suggestions:
1. check the ensure that the left sides of both front and rear diffs are not binding.
2. check that the dog bones or CVd shafts are not binding (free rotation when wheels are turned).
3 ensure that the left side tires are the correct width and are not rubbing on the suspension parts.

You may need to remove the side belt and other parts to perform these checks.
