Hi. We recently bought a NEW Flash PT and brand new NT1. Doesn't matter what we do, we cant get the clutch to work right. The clutch bell won't turn even though there is u huge clutch gap. We tried using two different cones, the two that came with the Flash PT (short and long) and that also doesn't make any difference. And, if we use no shims at all and tighten the clutch bell with no inner bearing, like the instruction manual says, there is no play at all, none whatsoever. When we tighten the clutch bell slightly, the bell can turn, but, not freely. As soon as we really tighten it, it just grips on something and, it is not the white clutch shoe because I can see the gap between it and the clutch bell. It almost feels as if the inner bearing is binding with something. Any ideas on what could be the cause of this problem??? |

When you install the flywheel, do you have a 9.2mm distance between the end of the crankshaft and the end of the nut? I use the special Xray cone which is designed for Novarossi engines. |
