*- with Aluminium Set Up Wheel
*- with wheels D= 61 & 63 mm for example

U need a system that gives you consistancy.
Measuring ride height after a race with worn foams tells you nothing.
I use 61mm fronts and 63mm rears (old set of foams) specifically for measuring my ride height.
I always adjust it with these wheels on the car.

With blank rims, usually 1mm front and rear basic ride height.

you can always use a set of rims to adjust ride hight, specially for mains. if you leave 1mm just with rims you make sure that the car will not end up with out suspension travell or with the chasis touching the surface.

I specially do it like this when tire wear is a real concern... if not using tires at 61 & 63mm is fine. Just have to make sure that first you adjust ride hight and then camber. If you change ride height camber will also change and so performance of the car.
