what are the best tires for racing in the rain or on a wet track. Also a link to were they could be bought.

It depends on the track since every track surface is different but normally these will work from time to time:

KISS (mentioned above)

VTEC D20 (LRP #65055) www.lrp.cc

Or any soft foam tire (30 shore or less) commonly found made by Matrix, ATS, Contact or similar

Sorex 20R rubber tires with really thin molded inserts (found in overseas shops)
