Nt1 does not move when the fuel tank is full, I pull the throttle and the car does not move just high engine reving. When the tank is near empty the car performs well and is able to hit top speed. Your input would be greatley appreciated, thanks.

High engine reving and no movement seems to be the clutch. If you look at the races there are some people who start their first warmup laps in a same condition and within 1 or 2 laps you can see the clutch going to a normal operation. The heat in the shoe and spring will change the clutch a tiny bit.

In your case I would check and reset the gap and if that is already OK just loosen the spring a 1/4 turn.

This seems pretty strange....

I would check the clutch like Roeolf suggests. As long as the pressure intake of the fuel tank is OK you shouldn't have any trouble. Moreover issues with tanks come when they are close to being empty, not when they are full.

When almost empty if pressure is not enough fuel will not reach the filter and so will not go to the engine, but with the tank completelly full fuel should reach the engine with no trouble at all. Try to see if fuel is reaching the engine...

Apart from this I can't think on anything elese.

Cheers
