HI everyone! I'm a little curious on the best setup for the little excentric adjusters on the front antirollbar holders. I know they are there to correct tweak but it's quite difficult to set them up properly. Any trick about them would be welcomed. PS: I've bought the one with the independent downstop... expensive but they seem more logical. All the best |

i first set the rollbar play equal on both sides by turning the grub screws. Then i set the arms height with the heightgauge. by turning the excentres on the arms till they have the right heigt on both sides. The new rollbar adjuster you set the one arm on the height you want (1mm) and the adjust the rollbar play one the other arm with the excenter but by turning the grubscrew. Then adjust the arm to the height with the gauge by turning the excenter. Done Greet JW |

I do mine slightly different. Take off shocks. Remove swaybar. Set droop levels on the left and right suspension arms the same. Connect sway bar and make sure its centered and free of any binding. Measure droop levels again and use the adjuster to 'move' the bar so the droop levels match prior to installing swaybar. Tigthen everything up. Install shocks Done Cheers Andrew |

The most simple way is put the car without wheels and dampers on a flat surface (setup board). Push down the car on the surface and lift up one front upright and look how much lift is needed before the other side goes up. Do the same visa versa with the other front upright. After adjusting both sides must come up at the same moment. Then you can set the downstops. If you have a tweakbar you can set the rear of the chassis on the steady part of the tweakbar and somewhere up to the front you can place a small block where the chassis can rest on. The front end of the car will hang above the moving part of the tweakbar with setup wheels on the tweakbar. In this setup you will messure the tweak in the anti roll bar. |

Yes you +1 and +2 you will find that the swaybar left and right is sometimes not the same. but if it works for you it is good. |

I don't understand what they are for or how to use them and the explinations here are not helping. |
