I am running NT1 08. all new version NT1 is equiped with ALU shock. Is it any big difference between plastic and ALU shock tower? Should I upgrade the plastic one? thx! |

the shock towers are the same? the shocks are easier to build and in my opinion better to work on. your better of buying the sets not just the parts. |

Hi, you will findthat eventually either plastic or aluminium they both work more or less the same. It's true that in the plastic shock oil's characteristics vary less since the temperature cahnge is lower. On the other hand it's always more probable to brake a plastic body in case of having a hard crash. |
