Hi guys, i´ve the following problem: In general i don´t use upstop but when i don´t mount the shocks and push the susp. bracket all the way up and try to move the steering, the brackets are pushed down, because the turnbuckles touch the bulkhead. Please help. |

i´m not 100% sure, but while driving there are, for sure, situations where the steering is influenced by the suspension. |

I just checked mine and it does the same thing. I'm not sure its anything to worry. I've had the same bulkheads/Turnbuckles/etc on my car since the NT1 was first released and no problems with handling/reliability so far. Its unlikely the cars in an ideal situation if the suspension's been compressed that much anyway ![]() |

hi andrew, i´m not sure if the problem occurs while driving. perhaps the shocks will limit the suspension travel.... i used my dremel to take some material of the bulkheads and the servo- saver plastic, and right now the steering moves completely free even when the suspension arms are completely "up". Normally the steering of a competition car should move completely free independend of the susp. arms! |
