Hello from France, I made some tests with front 25t pilley + 19t rear pulley, I found the car better with an equal tyre loose. Au revoir. [/img] |

When I was assembleing my first Xray a month ago, I notice the round head screw are very crappy.. 2 of them in the set were not even threaded!!! about 1/5 of them were not balance! the top rounded part were off to one side! you can tell when you turn it with a hex screwdriver..! this does not happen just to me.. Friends and I bought total of 4 NT1 at the same time, We all found the screw are crappy!!! a week later, my 2 other friend bought NT1 as well, that makes total of SIX NT1, we all found those screws are crappy!!! We found those bearing have play as well, it can be improve, but we can live with that.. beside of those crappy screws! We are all happy with our NT1!! ease to drive, tought plastic! reliable car! When brano said all the screw are from the same supplier as in the first kit, well, they can sell cheaper stuff for the same price! all the raw material prices are rising every single day, supplier know very well what they should do.. I hope u know what I mean. Improve those screws, make us all proud of our xray! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

What is going on with the steering blocks and rear uprights? I had 1 out of the 4 that would accept the adjusting nut perfectly straight for the pivot balls, the other 3 went wrong no matter how many times I tried... So, ended up starting straight, then after a few turns it pulled wrongly and damaged the thread...... Ordered three new, hope I will not destroy those too. And yes, surely I use the HUDY glowplug wrench for this delicate task.. |
