XRAY - Model racing cars

The ride height for qualifying (front 58, rear 60) was 5.2 in front and 5.4 in the rear. For the final (front 62, rear 64) was 6 in front and 7.2 in the rear. I always make sure to finish the race with ride height at 3mm at least.

basically like the set-up book sais is OK. What I will recomend is to set the ride height to 0.5mm with rims. this way you would not have to change the ride height. According to the tire diameter you use the car will always have the correct height, plus you ensure that you'll never end up with the chasis completely flat over the surface.

If you change your wheel hex I recomend to check the track width. If you adjust the width with standar hex and then change for sure you'll have a narrower track width but it might be either too much or less than you want. Neverthe less I recomend to use 198 if you are lacking steering.

If the track has medium to high grip 80K in the rear will be just fine. If grip tends to be low then it might be a good idea to keep 60K. You can try.

Thanks Pahissa but i have one more question wat is the differnce in using standard hex compared to the -.75 hex if you are running the same track width wat is the advantage of the -.75 hex

Well the only thing i can think of and maybe I am way off, is that even with the same track width the smaller -.75 hex alllows the tire to sit closer to the steering block and covers it morewith tire maybe that makes for quicker better turning.?
