I am search for the most effective way to get foward bite. I am loosing rear traction on exit. I have already put in the rear: lighter diff oil, lighter shock oil. lighter springs, more toe in, and got rid of the rear sway bar. Any other mechanical changes I can make to increase traction out of the turn?

your belts are ok?

softer rear tyres , what are you using?
you need to post ur set up, as you could even be too soft at the rear

maybe the problem is in the front of the car.. and not all in the rear

To complete the informations about your rear setup can you please tell us how is the position of the roll center?

Please also give us some infos about the front ;)

OK the front shocks have 50wt and rear have 40wt. The front are at there most horizontal point and the rear is at it's most vertical. The front has a heavy spring and rear is I put on blue associated springs, after using a heaver springs that the car came with. The tires are a spec HPI tread vintage tire so that can't be changed, but I do use paragon in rear. Rear roll center is +1.5. I guess I was looking for some info like move the front upper arm foward, or have less droop ect (which I messed around with without sucess).

your on rubber tyres?

have you fitted the 26 side pulley to get 1:1 drive? as with rubber you have no split 25 will make the rear push the front

The NT1 is a competition car created and developed on foam tyres.
I think that the use of rubber tires (and also not for competion, like the vintage ones of the HPI) is a wrong choise...maybe it's a good idea when the car stays at home, but not for the track.
But this is only my thinking.. ;)

A good change you can do to avoid the loss of traction in corner exit is to increase the front downstop value. This can raise the stability of your car very very much.
If you're on the standard 1mm setting try to raise it to 3mm ;)

Also lower the position of the rear shocks. Have them at the most vertical point means that you have the lowest possible grip in corner exit (expecially when you are turning and accelerating at the same time).
