Forum under announement:NT18T Action video Show a clip of it. Runs at50kpm(30mph). There are adatages b/n nitro & electric, Run time comes in mind. you can run nitro alot longer.,electric you have to wait to cherge. They are equal in speed, electric may have advatage of off the line speed. going brushless cost more then the 18T It's really your prefferance. |

I found that against a brushless well hopped up mini-t on lipo's i had equal acceleration but faster top end - thats at around 50% full tank. At 25-5% full tank acceleration blows the mini-t away, and top end leaves it for dead as the truck leans up. However on a freshly filled tank the results were opposite. I've been thinking of putting a losi fuel filter on the pressure line to add a whole heap more volume there, so that pressure isn't so high on the freshly filled tank. I think you'd prefer the nitro to the electric - the noise, smoke and realism compared to electric makes all teh difference. If the guys get out with the 1/8ths and 1/18ths this weekend hopefully we will get some decent footage for you - no promises though. |
