eh, more problems. i am using the 16t on my nt18t... here are my problems; 1- im using two shims instead of 3 because the clutch bell was not moving freely from the flywheel. 2- since im back two two shims it's still barely touching the the spur gear. 3- the clutch bell is rubbing against the chassis 4- rear bent chassis. ill be working on it today and see if i can fix the problems. |

thanks for the advices guys, but i solved all the problems. the alignment, i put a spacer (those lil black rubber bands, just one) behind the spur gear. now its aligned properly.. and the whole clutch bell touching the chassisi put some thin shims between the upper and lower engine mounts. |

Somthing still wrong. Check the spur theyre off set!!turn it around. The motor mounts wrong thing to do, We keep it flush to to chassis, coz vibration, heat sink. One good crash, u sheared off the engine. Your other choice use your dremel, you have plenty of material you can shave off. I still think if your engine mount assembly, or spur gear off set. My last post, was incorrect Motor mount plate should toward the front of car. |

nt18, Check you install of your motor mounts, lower mount could be intalled incorrectly. Second. you Spur gear see you fefferance it , could be install 180 degrees out. Ck the manaul it shows it. On NT18T I'M not sure on the spur gear, but engine mounts could be installed incorrect. |
