XRAY - Model racing cars

Hey all, new to the forums here. I got out of RC about a year ago, and paging through pages in the RCDriver I still get in the mail, I spotted the micro nitros. I hadn't heard about this at all since I had stopped RC, but now that I know about it I'm pretty excited. Anyways, I'm sure other people have thought about this, but I didn't see it anywhere..What about taking the little guy for a drift run? I read up on it a bit and I saw that the foam tires are a must, but why not try on some slicks and slide? Just thought it might be a cool idea.

My Nt18 when I warm the tires up on a new asphalt surface will go into a full 4 wheel drift at full throttle, its a blast my 1/10 cars would never drift so easisly with foam tires.And the engine has plenty of power and all the M18 drivetrain hopups are interchangeable.I highly recommend.

I tryed for fun drifting with my m18 modifyed on out indoor track for 2 traning sessions. if compleatly broke a brand new set og ballbearings in the car. so my advise if you want to drift th m18 or the nt18 you should upgrade your bearings to ceramic otherwise you end up with locked wheels. by the way this littel thing is an awsome drifting mashine

Change to 2wd by removing the drive shaft.
Change the toe-in in rear to 0deg, using Part# Xray 38300.
If using Ball Diff, tighten to the max, making it Posi-traction.
Use Front tire in the rear, Foam ok. or use HPI hard slick, they are same design.
15 min to figure it out.

May have adjust the clutch to engage earlier. You can find in Xray forum.
