XRAY - Model racing cars

Yes thanks, but judging from the pictures it seemed the exaust is in the way of the 2nd rear left shock but after a closer look i don't think it will. The image of the motor shows the curve in the pipe from the motor to the exhaust is about level with the clutch bell, so it should fit.
Just wanted to be sure so i hoped someone may had experience with it, also seeing there is no nt18mt made me wonder.

Also i just noticed the exhaust on the 360 flash view is different from the one in the images, here the pipe from the motor to the exhaust is a straight line, while on the pics it has a curve. Anyone knows which one is in the actual kit?

The original question still stands though, shouldn't be too hard for an xray employee to say whether one is planned at the moment or not. I hate to buy a nt18t and convert it only to find the nt18mt released a week later. I like the mt body more :P

The conversion is completely possible, i've ordered all the parts for doing it to my truck.



Note how much room there is there. There are even holes for the additional shock towers there already, the suspension arms have pivot balls you can attach the shocks to as well. Conversion should be no problem.

I have already rebuild mine to the mt config and its possible
to do that. my recommendation is that you upgrade your
drive shaft to the alu ones b4 you start driving !!!
the plastic ones have problems handeling the load from
the larger wheels.

Thanks kant, i'll ordered the alloy drive shafts today! Thanks for the tip. Do you know if you can get alloy a-arms? I havent seen any around but would love to get some with the way i drive!

I've ordered alloy shock towers all round, alloy shock bodies, alloy steering blocks, white starburst wheels with Chevron Tire and a proline Cadillac Escalade body. I'm hoping it will look pretty pimp!


Btw, where do you guys get parts from? The only place i can get them from in Australia is mail order and costs around 5 times the price of the same item from hong kong.

Haven´t seen the a arms in alu( and if you find them I wouldent buy them because then its just your diff case that will take the beating in a crash)
and I think they are not going to be made becaus og the pivo ball system, if they do then you have to use plastic pivoballs instead og the nickel coated ones. I would be next to imposebly to get the metal balls in a alu arm!

with that setup of parts you have ordered I would not worry about your driving it´s almost bullet profe( this littel thing will take a serious beating)
