Isuse with Setup Sheet not opening

I'm not able to get the Setup sheet for the X12 19 to open in a window Anyone else have this?

I've had the same thing happen a few times but it went away. Never figured out why it was happening or managed to reproduce the problem.

I am having the same problem on two computers with row and Row and Column Headings not printing is defaulted to OFF and stays OFF .
