About a year ago I bought a X12 2015 and it was missing the caster adjustment spacers. Took XRAY about a month before they can get replacement parts to me. Yesterday I bought the XRAY servo saver as recommended by my LHS and that too, was missing a part.

Is this generally how XRAY run their business? Are their employees sleeping on the job or something?

Each package includes information regarding who it was packaged by and reporting this directly will help in aiding quality control.
