Post subject: | Hudy Tool Question |
I recently scrapped all my c**p tools and invested in Hudy. Have to say all is well apart from........... The 1.5mm allen driver is over size (not by a lot) but it doesn't fit any of the 1.5 screws!! Can I send it back direct?? |

Ryd Used on HPI Pro4, (missed out on 1st batch of X Ray's ![]() Mario Apologies - profile now complete - I haven't anything to hide ![]() I have tried it on new screws also. measuring with a digital vernier it measures 1.55mm across one side of flats and varies on the other 2 measurements (all + 1.5mm) |

Very Strange, like i said earlier i have never come across a manufacturing problem with any of the hudy products in 3 years of using them ![]() Just making sure you wasn't trying to use metric drivers on a imperial based car such as the losi etc ![]() Our uk distributor is mirage as you probably allready know and i am sure like mario has said previously if you send the tool back there they will investigate and no doubt send you a replacement ![]() Cheers |

and here's me trying to convert my mind to metric ![]() You could be correct - although it was bought as part of a metric set! The problem is now solved thanks to Mario and great service from the UK distributor. Thanks to all |
