dont think it is a matter of getting it or not, but when told that it would be complimentary and then we as consumers dont receive it, I look at that, as bad business. time will tell if i get the shirt, by then i might have switched cars.
i love the x-ray product, but extremely frustrated with part support, its always something... not just regular parts but even the optional parts, they are on backorder always. i know x-ray is supposedly going through some growing pains, but dont have a product, if it cant be supported....
the delay in time to fill a order is frustrating too... my lhs has had parts on order for some time now and when they called RCAmerica, they were given the excuse that the order wasnt filled yet and because they couldnt read it fully from the fax. that is bs...... sorry i love the car, but hate the support......maybe because i am in business and if i can not fulfill an obligation or support my product i lose accounts and or more. that is where i come from.... RC America and X-Ray need to step it up..

finally got the shirt,

very disappointed. Why should I wear a shirt that supports a distributor who can't support my local shop and keep it in stock with parts. I have had parts on order for too long with no end in sight. Hope whom ever won the HUDY set-up station received the correct one, not the RCAmerica set-up station. I know the letter was not specific in exactly what kind of t-shirt would be sent out, but come on! Guess I fell for that one.
