Hi I tightened up security a couple of days ago and am now very tight on cookies I allow. Now I cannot sign-on automatically. I suspect I have a cookie blocked in my privacy/managed sites area but there is no domain there with XRAY in the name. Can you tell me what domain I should be looking for so that I can remove it from the blocked list and then allow it when I next sign on.

If you're blocking cookies the session only lasts for a few minutes for security reasons after which you'll be logged off. This cookie basically authenticates you to the server. There is no other way to accomplish this you have to use the cookie of that domain. The information in this cookie is not used in any other way, it's accessible only by this domain and is not shared with anyone.
So if you're getting logged off continuously make sure you're browser or security software is not blocking the cookie from this site.
For your problem I suggest you delete your cookies and temporary files and then go to www.teamxray.com and now start once again and try I think it may work.

Thanks Lincoln. Yup your solution will work but I am just trying to avoid deleting all these privacy invading marketing and stealth data collecting cookies that are on my blocked list!

I can only assume that the XRAY site has a cookie involved in sign-on, understandable, that I have blocked by mistake but that the cookie does not have XRAY in its name so I cannot identify it and delete it from my blocked list EG is it cookie 302br.net - who knows! IE there is no cookie in my blocked list that has XRAY in the name apart from Teamxray.com which is set to "always allow". I think I will delete that entry and see if it makes any difference, even though it should not :?
