It is such a pain to log in, the ID thing is a real pain and at times so hard to see the correct code.

did u tick the little box for auto login ? if u clear your cookies regularly you have to re enter it all !

it should work ok ..make sure your cookie settings are correct to store pages on your browser or you could download a credential manger to save that sort of stuff .

i use the auto log with no probs
if the function is taken away you end up with spam from bots

The code for login has to be. The previous one, easier to read, was already "broken" by spamers and as such the spam started to appear at the forum. Sorry for the pain but unless somebody stop the spammers or finds some better protection there is nothing special we can do.

just click the remember me or log me in every time, and you only need to log in once

We have had new spammers attempting to pass off as users using keywords to reply. The easiest way to identify them other than the awkward English is they will have a url signature. PM me if any of you see such.

well i agree with you.. They usually talk with their keywords.. And its easy to identify them.
