I choose Xray after years of loyalty to spend money in wrong products without future.

I must say that the car TOP choice under every point of view. No question. Even if improvement is alwways possible, mainly base in positive thinking (and hearing).


Forum is definitely a way to share informations and news. The way we had it at the VIP Room was good because there was some main THEMES (as far as I remember):

1 -T1FKT (General)

2 - Where to get Parts

3 - Improvements

4 - Setups

and so on.

With this Arcitecture was easy to find the subjects we were looking for and a lot of good imputs were coming along (IMPROVEMENTS was a good R&D source).

So my suggestion is:

a) Create one similar structure easy to navigate (do not forget we were used to it so don't break much away from the old stuff - since we were happy with it). You just have to see the ammount of articles the XRay VIP Room got per Theme to see which are the important ones.

b) I'd like to see more often pictures of the official cars, is always helpful "see" the real car to get some clever bit. One picture speaks one thousand words - and you do have a Team with lots of Team cars - where are the detail fotos without the Bodies covering it?

c) Would be more than nice having the PDF forms instead of a long list. Pdf are times easier to understand. That with the fotos will have "Xray Quality Touch"

d) Nevertheless, the VIP room make our community (XRay users) stronger. If ended being used in a different way as was supposed to be it is because like a child was growing and finding is own way. It had to be reeducated and/or better undertood (how and why was going that way)
So I suggest to creat one "Active Xray Menbers room" (or else) where the registered members have to contribute with reports, fotos, opinions, in a certain amount or/and frequency to keep having access to it. So we could have again one area for the more "aficcionados".

e) Las but not least - To creat one THEME - Team Drivers - where inputs from team drivers and cars fotos as well as main races reports help the XRay community to follow up and be informed about the on going behind the curtains.

So MARIO, you asked for suggestions - I took my time and will be late for work, but I wrote it ) hope you can use some or all of it.

Thank you for your ideas and inputs. We plan some small changes later on, but we first want to give a try to let the things free and let the things settle themselves. After some time we will try to collect feedback and see what should be changed and improved. It is impossible to make a unique solution to make everybody happy, so there will have to be a compromise.
One thing that is clear already now is that we do not plan in this moment to make any restricted forum. This X-forum will be promoted as an Xray Customer Service Support Centre and we want all customers, Xray or non-Xray, to have access to all information. However I will welcome any input from other Xray drivers and customers, who would like to post their "columns", tips&tricks, etc in some special forum which may be created for this purpose.
Therefore I take the approach, wait 'n see, as this forum is still very fresh and will take time until all Xray customers will get used to it. We do not want to "scare" people by setting some "uncommon" rules, restrictions, etc.
We appreciate your suggestions and comments, and if anybody has any further comments and ideas, we are always happy to communicate and use the best ideas.
