hard time finding kits and parts

Like the title says. I'm located in Hawaii and most hobby shops don't have any of your products. According to them they have a hard time reaching you guys or getting things from you is this true. I really want an m18 but dont want to buy online. I wanna support my lhs.

When you want to support the lhs.. there is one solution.. which can not be found at this forum, you have to go to the store... and talk to them about it.. if they agree you can support them if not.. there is no other option then ordering online.
