Hi,

I am having problems with the brakes on my speedo.

It is the upgrade speedo for the 300 size motor. It came with my car when I bought it second hand from a budy, and there are no instructions with it.

I got it running by adjusting my handset trim so that there was no power at neutral and so that it rotated forward when I pushed the stick. So far, so good. I seen to have no brakes though. When I run on the track I hit the brakes and it just rolls gently to a stop - no chance to slow for corners or to avoid other cars. I am also concerned that at full stick movement the speedo is not acutally giving full power (it seems a bit slow).

How can I set it up properly? How can I tell if i am actually getting full throttle and how can I set the brakes right?
