Post subject: | More durability than a Losi Mini LST2 |
Hello guys, I own a Losi Mini LST2 and if I break one more wheel axle, I am going to run it over with my 1:1 scale car! I think the trouble is that they have put too much metal on the chassis to make it like the 1/8th LST, and this makes it very heavy and thus susceptible to damage. Obviously, I expect a bit of bias with this being the Xray forum, but would it be reasonable to expect the Xray M18MT to be more durable than the Mini LST2? I would epecially appreciate advice from those that have owned both. Also, is part support good in the UK? I understand that they are assembled in Europe which I hope means that part support is available without having to pay EU import duty. Many thanks, Mike |

I have researched this further and it looks like UK parts support is good. I have read the assembly manuals and marvelled at the engineering excellence that has gone into this design, and I am set. Will be getting a M18MT sometime this week or next. |
