XRAY - Model racing cars

Hi all,

Just keen to hear if anyone else out there has thrown a Mongoose in to their M18T Pro and what gearing you are using.

I'm running the 8.5T and the car seems to pull fine with anything from a 12T pinion all the way up to an 18T (bigger than an 18 is tricky to mesh).

I am also using Mongoose 8.5T, with 12T Opinion Gear, acceleration very fast while top speed can be fully under control.

run 5times using 1800mah Lipo, 25C, final temp after run is 50deg, while air temp is around 28deg., well under the max allowed temp. of 71-76deg.

I think, with 12T or 13T would not overheat the ESC or motor...
